關於我們於 2026 年 1 月 22 日的前次正式函件，現通知您，在雙方共同決定取消相關學員課程參與資格並退還報名費之後，其中一位被退訓學員向 info@evooschool.it 發送了一封電子郵件（該郵件內容隨本函附上）。
Elaion 負責特級初榨橄欖油培訓課程的組織、物流及行政管理工作，並由 EVOO SCHOOL FOUNDATION 提供學術支持，因此基金會已將上述郵件正式轉交 Elaion 處理。
我們在此提醒，該名報名後又被退訓的學員，其參與官方品油師課程之事項，均屬於雙方於 2025 年 2 月 5 日簽署之《合作協議》範圍內，該協議內容涉及培訓專案的設計與執行。
針對近期因退訓及退還報名費所引發的討論與誤解，Elaion 確認，此項決定係與曼時（Chic Taste）共同協商後所作出，目的在於確保課程規範之遵守、教學品質之穩定，以及整體教學環境秩序的維持。
同時，為保障所有參與學員的學習權益，避免與課程無關之爭議、資訊干擾或不當行為影響其他學員的正常教學活動，所採取之措施屬必要處置，並符合保障全體參與者權益之原則。
在此，我們再次重申，該課程為經 Lazio Region 授權之官方初榨橄欖油品油師課程，符合國際橄欖理事會（IOC）所制定之標準，並依照現行法規執行。
課程之執行必須確保符合所要求之標準，並保障高品質的專業教育水準。
我們的合作夥伴曼時（Chic Taste）針對個別被退訓學員所採取之退訓與退款程序，均屬公平、即時且符合制度規範的正式處理。
Elaion 將持續與合作夥伴共同維護課程品質及參與者權益，確保教育環境的專業性與穩定性。
此外，對於任何近期由退訓學員所公開發表之聲明、書面內容、影片或其他相關資料，若其中涉及與本事件相關之不實陳述、誹謗內容，或任何形式之名譽損害，Elaion 在此正式授權曼時（Chic Taste）及其代表人依法採取一切必要法律行動，並追究相關法律責任。

Esteemed Chic Taste,
with reference to our previous communication dated January 22, 2026, we inform you that, following the joint decision to cancel participation in the course and refund the registration fees, one of the participants excluded from the course sent an email to info@evooschool.it (the email received is attached to this letter).
Elaion is responsible for the organizational, logistical, and administrative aspects of the training courses on extra virgin olive oil, with the scientific support of the Evosochool Foundation, which forwarded the above-mentioned email to Elaion.
We would like to remind you that participation in the Official Taster Course by those enrolled and subsequently excluded falls within the scope of our Collaboration Agreement signed on February 5, 2025, concerning the design and implementation of training projects.
With regard to recent discussions and misunderstandings arising from the withdrawal and refund of registration fees, Elaion confirms that this decision has been shared with Chic Taste in order to ensure compliance with course regulations, the stability of teaching quality, and the maintenance of order in the overall educational environment. At the same time, in order to protect the learning rights of all participants and prevent disputes unrelated to the course, informational interference, or inappropriate behavior from compromising the normal teaching activities of other students, the measures taken are a necessary intervention and in accordance with the protection of participants' rights.
In this regard, we reiterate that the course in question is an official course for virgin olive oil tasters, authorized by the Lazio Region, in compliance with the standards set by the International Oil Council and in accordance with current regulations. The delivery of the course must ensure compliance with the required standards and guarantee high-quality professional education. Our partner Chic Taste has adopted fair and timely procedures for the withdrawal and reimbursement of individual participants who have been excluded.
Elaion will continue to work with its partners to protect the quality of the courses and the rights of participants, ensuring the professionalism and stability of the educational environment.
Furthermore, with respect to any recent public statements, written content, videos, or other materials released by the withdrawn students that contain inaccurate representations, defamatory content, or any form of reputational harm related to this incident, Elaion formally authorizes Chic Taste and its representatives to take all necessary legal action and to pursue the relevant liabilities under applicable law.
